An impaired driver was nabbed trying to cross the Blue Water Bridge into Canada on Saturday, July 27.
Members of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) called Lambton OPP at around 8 p.m.
As a result of the investigation, a 61-year-old man from Fort Gratiot, MI is charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs.
The driver's licence was suspended for 90 days, and his vehicle was impounded for a week.
The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on September 12, 2024, in Sarnia.
