Lambton OPP, St. Clair Township Fire and Lambton EMS responded to the crash on Bentpath Line at Brigden Road just after 5:50 p.m.
Police said two passenger vehicles collided and two individuals were taken to Bluewater Health with minor injuries.
A 26-year-old from Brigden has been charged with failing to stop at a sign.
