If you haven't checked your LOTTO Max ticket from Friday's draw yet, you should!
An ENCORE ticket worth $100,000 was sold in Sarnia for the August 11, 2023 draw.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) said another ENCORE ticket worth the same amount was sold in St. Catherines.
The $55 million jackpot ticket was sold in Ottawa, one MAXMILLIONS ticket worth $1 million was sold in Kitchener and a second prize ticket worth nearly $244,000 was sold in the Thunder Bay area.
The OLG said it offers several easy ways to check lottery tickets.
You can use its OLG App, a self-serve ticket checker at a lottery retail location, or ask a retailer to check the lottery ticket through the lottery terminal.
Lottery tickets generated by an OLG authorized lottery terminal, like LOTTO MAX, expire one year following the draw date on the ticket.
All winning tickets must be validated prior to the expiry date in order for the prize to be collected.
