Sarnia police seized a replica handgun and more than $6,700 worth of cocaine from a home in Mitton Village Wednesday afternoon.
At around 2 p.m., the service's Vice Unit and Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at a residence on Forsyth Street, near George Street, and arrested two suspects.
The Vice Unit had been investigating the suspects for the past two months.
Police searched the residence and located approximately 56 grams of cocaine with a street value of $6,729, and a replica handgun (air pistol).
The accused, Quentin Abraham Shawnoo, 34, of Kettle and Stony Point, and Dennis John Frayne, 64, of Sarnia, were each charged with possession of a schedule one substance for the purpose of trafficking.
