First Friday rings in new year

The First Friday of 2023 will include a lot of dancing and live music in Sarnia's downtown core.

The Sarnia Legion Branch 62 will open its doors for dancing and live music with the Mark Blaney Trio from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. on Friday, with no cover charge.

Various local businesses will also feature live music Friday night, some of which will require no cover charge, and the annual Floyd Gibson Members' Show will be held at the Lawrence House Centre for the Arts.

Sarnia First Friday is a community initiative, organized to encourage people to visit downtown businesses.
