Lambton Public Health reported just three new cases of COVID-19 Monday.
In its daily update, the health unit also reported four more recoveries, lowering the active case count by one to 61.
The health unit had reported 59 confirmed cases over the previous five days. Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, there have been 4,434 confirmed cases of the virus, of which 4,295 have been deemed resolved.
There are three school and childcare outbreaks, and one workplace outbreak.
The latest two were declared on Friday at St. Anne Catholic School in Sarnia and at St. Bartholomew's Early Childhood Learning Centre.
Vaccine indicators on Lambton Public Health's website have been updated to align with provincial reporting, and now include vaccination rates for area children.
The health unit said 75 per cent of the eligible population aged five and up is fully vaccinated, while 78 per cent have had one dose.
Bluewater Health had one COVID-positive patient in hospital.
