Supports for transgender youth moves to in-person programming

A program supporting transgender youth and parents in the community is moving to in-person programming.

Sarnia-Lambton Rebound has been running its transparent program virtually since April. However, the program will move to in-person sessions in late September on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. A press release said social distancing measures will be in place.

The program started in early 2021 after a women's charitable organization, IODE Sarnia-Lambton Chapter, made a significant donation through the IODE Canada 100th Anniversary Grant.

Sarnia-Lambton Rebound has been supporting LGBTQ2S+ youth since 2013 through several programs and services.
