The Imperial Theatre has presented its latest 50/50 winner with a cheque for $158,620.
Executive Director Brian Austin said Melanie Smith won the June jackpot.
Last month was the fifth month in a row that the raffle was over $150,000.
Austin said as of July 9, $1,384,475 in prizes have been given away.
Money raised by the 50/50 is allowing the theatre to move forward with capital projects that were planned before the pandemic.
The June draw has allowed the theatre to begin making plans to upgrade the auditorium including new seats, new paint, and a new floor. The plan is to have the work in the auditorium done over the summer.
The theatre still has over $300,000 in projects in the works. It's hoped the July draw will provide funding for a theatrical lighting equipment upgrade, enhancements to the orchestra pit, live streaming equipment, and other physical upgrades to the building.
This month's lottery runs until August 2 at 11:59 p.m., with the winning ticket being drawn on August 3.
