If you have an extra room available for rent, Lambton College wants to hear from you.
They're getting a head start on finding student accommodations for the upcoming September term.
College Marketing Director Diana Forbes said there are a few benefits to housing a student.
"Not only can it generate some extra income for a home, but it's also an opportunity to meet someone new, welcome someone from a different area of Ontario or another country. You can really immerse yourself in the activities happening at Lambton College. We're really excited about September and the opportunities post-COVID as we emerge."
Forbes said the Lambton College team offers full service support for renters, from answering questions, and setting rent prices, to assisting with placements and helping prepare for student arrivals.
She said enrollment numbers are fluctuating, and isn't sure exactly how many students are in need.
