A deal has been reached for 28 Reliance Home Comfort workers in Sarnia and seven in Chatham-Kent.
Unifor Local 1999 President James Tauvette said they met with the company and reached a tentative agreement June 28.
"We have a two tier system in place and it was to get better benefit costs for the second tier, more sick days and an RRSP match brought into this year, which we ended up getting with the company," said Tauvette.
Tauvette said the deal was ratified with 80 per cent approval from the membership June 30.
The workers, locked out by the company since May 13, returned to work Monday.
Unifor Local 1999 represents HVAC service technicians, installers, water heater installers, plumbers, electricians, and administration staff at 13 locations across the province.
