Sarnia police are investigating a motor vehicle collision that occurred Saturday night just before 8 p.m. at the intersection of Front and Exmouth streets.
A 19-year-old Sarnia man was arrested for impaired operation of a conveyance, dangerous operation and refusal to provide a breath sample.
He was released from custody and will appear in court in September.
Motorists were asked to avoid the area and find an alternative route to their destination while Bluewater Power crews worked to repair the damage to a traffic light.
Repairs were completed Sunday morning and the intersection reopened at 11 a.m.
