Sarnia police said a car and an e-bike, both travelling southbound, collided near Andrew Street just after 8 a.m.
The driver of the e-bike was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police said the driver of the car has been charged with making an unsafe turn.
The scene was cleared before 9:30 a.m.
