A 40-year-old Lambton Shores man is facing charges after Lambton OPP pulled over a driver who was allegedly prohibited in multiple jurisdictions.
Officers stopped a vehicle at around 2:30 p.m. Monday on Rawlings Road in Lambton Shores.
Police said the driver failed a roadside screening device, providing two breath samples over the legal limit.
The suspect was charged with operation while impaired, operation while prohibited under the criminal code, and five counts of failing to comply with a release order.
He was in custody pending a bail hearing.
