Lambton OPP Headquarters in Petrolia. A 22-year-old Petrolia man was arrested early Tuesday morning after an employee at an unnamed Petrolia business was assaulted during a theft.
Lambton OPP responded at around midnight and were able to identify the suspect through video surveillance.
The accused is charged with assault, theft under $5,000, and failing to comply with a probation order.
He was released pending a future court appearance.
