No arrests as investigation of suspected Sarnia homicide continues

No arrests have been made and city police are appealing to the public for information as the investigation of a suspected weekend homicide continues.

Sarnia police and Lambton EMS responded to a residence in the 900 block of Confederation Street, just east of Indian Road, at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

A 26-year-old man, Luis Enrique Hernandez, was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Criminal Investigation Branch is actively investigating the incident as a homicide. Officers remained on scene at a row house complex Monday.
