Charges against a 41-year-old Sarnia man in connection with the death of a 63-year-old woman in a vehicle/pedestrian collision have been withdrawn.
On June 8 at around 2:15 p.m. officers responded to the northwest corner of Exmouth Street and Capel Street.
Police said Judy Rankin was taken to Bluewater Health and then transported to London Hospital where she later died from her injuries.
After a lengthy investigation, police charged a man with careless driving causing death.
Those charges were withdrawn May 18, 2021.
