Police investigate attempted abduction of teen in Forest

Lambton OPP are investigating an attempted abduction in Forest Tuesday, involving a 16-year-old male victim.

Police were called to Prince Street at around 1 p.m. on September 1.

Police said a man attempted to drag the victim into the back seat of a vehicle before the teen was able to escape.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5'10" to 6'0", of medium build, with a tanned complexion, black hair, a mustache and goatee. He was wearing a plain red shirt and black track pants.

The suspect's vehicle is described as a red or maroon Chrysler Sebring with limo tints, flat silver or grey rims and a dream catcher suspended from the rear-view mirror.
