Imperial Sarnia (BlackburnNews.com file photo)Imperial Oil is issuing a warning of high flaring and possible noise at its Sarnia refinery.
A Chemical Valley Emergency Coordinating Organization (CVECO) information notice was issued for the Sarnia facility at around 8:14 p.m. on Wednesday.
The said the issues at the refinery are being caused by a unit start-up.
