Another drop in Sarnia-Lambton COVID-19 cases

The number of active cases of COVID-19 in Sarnia-Lambton has dropped to two.

Lambton Public Health says one more case has been resolved for a total of 259.

The number of confirmed cases is unchanged from Friday at 286 and no deaths have been reported since June 6, sitting at 25.

The health unit has received the results from 13,086 tests, up 54 from Sunday night. Nearly 98 per cent have come back negative for COVID-19.

On Tuesday, Bluewater Health reported there are no patients in hospital confirmed to have the virus, while 17 are suspected of having it with test results pending.
