The Lambton Kent public and Catholic school boards have received another significant donation from Noelle's Gift.
The boards will share $64,000 in support of students and families in need.
Noelle Paquette. January 2019.
The money will be used to buy eyeglasses, clothing, food, medicine, and medical equipment. Teachers are able to access up to $200 for children in need with requests for amounts above that made by the principal.
A cheque presentation was made late Tuesday morning at the Catholic Education Centre in Wallaceburg.
The Noelle's Gift charitable fund was established in memory of Noelle Paquette, a former kindergarten teacher with the St. Clair Catholic District School Board, who died in January 2013.
