A 21-year-old man was taken into custody without incident following an alleged indecent act in Petrolia Thursday morning.
Lambton OPP, along with the OPP West Region Canine Unit and Emergency Response Team, were called to a Blanche Street address at 6 a.m.
Police say when officers arrived the suspect immediately fled on foot.
He was found later at an address on Chestnut Street and arrested.
Logan Hanlon, of no-fixed address, is charged with committing an indecent act, escaping custody, possession of methamphetamine, identity fraud, public mischief and failing to comply with recognizance and a probation order.
He's scheduled to appear in Sarnia court at a later date.
