A Sarnia application for a cannabis retail store has moved up on the lottery wait list for west region. An application for 142 Lochiel Street is now second after the disqualification of a dozen applicants chosen in the latest provincial lottery, including three in this region. Sarnia has missed out on the first two provincial lotteries so far.
