Business is already booming at Sarnia's new Taco Bell.
Mayor Mike Bradley and restaurant employees helped cut the ribbon at a grand opening celebration on Indian Road Friday.
Operations Manager Margaret Kertesz said there was a need for a second Taco Bell in the community.
"So we chose to open a second location here in Sarnia because, as you know, this area is developing. People have loved this Taco Bell so far -- we've been open for about two weeks now and it has been a resounding success, "said Kertesz. "Things are going well at the first and second location. We have about 25 to 30 employees here [on Indian Road] and there's about 30 to 40 at the London Road location."
Kertesz said Sarnians sure do like to Live Mas.

"Sarnia could actually hold three Taco Bells, but to say if another one will open, I'm not too sure about that," said Kertesz. "Taco Bell is growing fast and rapidly -- we've opened four locations this year already and there's five more in the books, so we look forward to growing in Canada."
The fast-food restaurant is located at Eastland Plaza at 260 Indian Rd. S.
