A Sarnia doctor charged with the sexual assault of a 15-year-old female patient 37 years ago will make another court appearance late next month.
Legal counsel for 76-year-old Dr. Kunwar Singh appeared on his behalf in the Ontario Court of Justice again Tuesday morning.
The matter was adjourned to June 25 for follow-up resolution discussions between the Crown and Dr. Singh’s lawyer, Stephen Darroch of Toronto.
Dr. Singh was arrested and charged in December with one count of indecent assault of a female that allegedly occurred during an assessment at a doctor’s office in 1982.
