Highway 21 near Ravenswood reopened at noon Sunday after being closed in both directions in the midst of the busy Victoria Day holiday weekend.
The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario reported a serious crash.

The Ontario Provincial Police reported that hydro repairs were underway.
