For a fourth straight week, a Sarnia man charged with second degree murder has been remanded in custody for one week.
Matthew Gerard Theriault, 30, appeared briefly by video in Sarnia court Thursday morning, and had his case put over until May 23 for disclosure.
Theriault is charged in the death of 26-year-old Jesse Mowat-Caudle who died in London hospital the morning after a violent altercation between two men on Maxwell Street near St. Vincent Street.
Caudle was found lying on the ground with critical injuries outside a residence April 17.
