A 30-year-old Sarnia man, charged with second degree murder, has been remanded in custody again for one week.
Matthew Gerard Theriault appeared briefly by video in Sarnia court Thursday morning, and his case was put over to May 16 for disclosure and to confirm counsel.
Theriault is charged in the death of 26-year-old Jesse Mowat-Caudle who died in London hospital the morning after a violent altercation between two men on Maxwell Street near St. Vincent Street.
Caudle was found lying on the ground with critical injuries outside a residence April 17.
