Sarnia Sting captain Ryan McGregor is a finalist for the OHL's Red Tilson Trophy, which recognizes the league's most outstanding player of the year.
Each finalist was nominated by their team as the most outstanding player for the 2018-19 regular season.
The trophy is voted on by the sports writers and broadcasters in the OHL.
McGregor is also in the running for most sportsmanlike player, while Jacob Perreault is a rookie of the year candidate.
Last year's winner was the Sting's Jordan Kyrou who received 235 points in the voting process.
The 2019 OHL Awards Ceremony takes place on Wednesday, June 5 at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.
