No occupants of crashed pickup truck found

Lambton OPP were unable to find any occupants of a stolen pickup truck that was involved in a rollover crash early Saturday morning. Police responded to the 1800 block of Oil Heritage Road in Dawn-Euphemia at about 5:30 a.m. They found a severely damaged pickup truck that had come to rest on its roof. The West Region Canine Unit and Emergency Response Team were called in but no one could be found. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had recently been stolen from an address in Dresden. Anyone with knowledge of the incident or the driver should call the OPP at 519-882-1011 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Nine young volunteers aged 11 to 17 spent three days exploring and protecting the Lake Huron coastline during the Coastal Conservation Youth Corps' inaugural program in Grand Bend from July 21 to 23.
