A novice driver faces charges of stunt driving and having alcohol in his blood following a traffic stop in Plympton-Wyoming early Sunday. OPP said at around 1:45 a.m. a pick-up truck westbound on Confederation Line was clocked travelling in excess of 130 kilometres per hour in an 80 km/h zone. The 21-year-old male driver from Warwick Township provided a roadside breath sample, and while police said it was below the legal limit, he was licenced as a novice, and therefore required to have a zero blood/alcohol level. His licence and vehicle were seized for seven days.
