Sarnia Library will be hosting live readings from four authors on Saturday, August 25. The event beginning at 1pm in the library's West Room features: -Sharon Berg (local author and founder of Big Pond Rumours E-Zine and Micro Press) will read one poem at the beginning and one poem at the end of the session. -Tom Gannon Hamilton (Toronto poet and musician) will read from his chapbook El Marillo which features poems about his work with Salvaide in El Salvador during the 1980's. The Book won first prize in the 2018 Chapbook Contest from Big Pond Rumours Press. -Heather Robert Cadsby (Toronto poet and co-founder of Wolsak & Wynn Books) will read from her recently released poetry book from Brick Books entitled Standing in the Flock of Connections. -Phyllis Humby (local author and columnist) will read from her connection of stories in the newly released book of short stories by five authors OUr Plan To Save The World. Local poet and blogger Debbie Okun Hill will emcee the event.
