Glendon Robinson won the top prize with Instant MEGA 7s.
The 43-year-old chef and father of two plans on purchasing a new home with his windfall and helping his family.
"I've been playing the lottery for five years," shared Glendon. "I enjoy playing INSTANT games."
The winning ticket was purchased at Uptown News on Christina St.
