Rezoning Approved For New Developments

Tricar Developments Inc. has cleared a hurdle in plans to build a third high-rise apartment tower in Sarnia.   Council has approved the company's rezoning application to permit a 12 storey building, with 126 units, at London Rd. and Christina St.   Tricar is hoping to start construction in May.

Sarnia council is also on board with plans for another craft brewery in the city.

Council approved a rezoning application for Stokes By The Bay.

General Manager Chris Pavli says they hope to bring in a professional brewmaster to help with their endeavour.

Minor renovations will be done to the west end of the building to accommodate on-site consumption and sale of the product.
