A young Sarnia boy, who touched the hearts of many during his lengthy battle with cancer, has died.
In late 2016, Lucien Nadeau underwent complex neurosurgery in London to remove a massive brain tumour. The 6-year-old died on Monday.
The community rallied behind the youngster through a GoFundMe campaign that has raised nearly $35,000.
A Celebration of Life will be held this Saturday at 3pm at Temple Baptist Church on Quinn Dr. in Sarnia.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Heaven's Wildlife Rescue or to Lucien's GoFundMe page.
Arrangements are being handled by Smith Funeral Home.
