A public complaint led to the arrest of a 59-year-old trucker from St. Clair Township on Sunday.
Lambton OPP were notified about a large 2006 Sterling delivery truck driving erratically on Bentpath Line.
Police stopped the vehicle and charged the driver with impaired driving, having an open container of liquor, and having no plates, insurance or registration.
He will appear in Sarnia Court on March 26.
