More Snow Headed Our Way

Sarnia-Lambton is included in a special weather statement issued by Environment Canada.

The national weather agency says snow, heavy at times, is possible Thursday.

A band of snow over Lake Huron was forecast to pivot southward Thursday morning with snow becoming heavy at times before shifting south of the area Thursday evening.

In the wake of the snow, lake effect flurries will develop on gusty west-northwest winds, making for less than desirable travel conditions.

Environment Canada says snowfall totals of 5 cm to 15 cm (2-6 inches) are possible in some areas by early Friday morning.
