Christmas Tradition Continues At Redeemer Lutheran

The real reason for Christmas is on display at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Sarnia on Friday, December 22 and Saturday, December 23.

Members of the congregation take turns playing the roles of Mary, Joseph, the three Wise Men and shepherds in the 20 ft illuminated barn on Indian Rd. N in their annual Nativity Scene.

Pastor Jason Kouri says Christmas Carolling takes place at 7:30pm on both nights.

"I get calls from people from all different denominations," says Pastor Kouri. "They're asking if they can join in the carolling because we sing well-known songs. I get people all different church backgrounds so it's a true community event."

The event runs from 6pm until 9pm. Friday and Saturday nights.
