Donations are being collected for CHOK's annual Gift of Christmas toy drive.
The toys will be included in hampers distributed by the Salvation Army to local needy families.
Captain Mark Braye says last year over 1,200 food hampers were handed out and toys were given to around 650 children.
Donations of unwrapped children's toys and gifts can be left at any McDonalds locations in Sarnia.
Owner/Operator Colleen Buckley says it's a privilege to be a part of the annual event.
"We have to call the Salvation Army several times throughout the season to empty our bins because they're overflowing," says Buckley. "It's a wonderful thing. What I love about what I do is giving back to the community and participating in different traditions. This is my passion and it is a family run business -- so it's wonderful to give back to the community as well."
Donations can also be dropped of at Blackburn Radio's Sarnia office, located at 1415 London Rd.
Hamper registration is underway until November 25, at the Salvation Army's Christina St. thrift store.
