It's being held at Victoria Hall in Petrolia from 10am until 7pm.
Tilray expects to hire more than 25 full-time employees and is looking for production and shipping technicians, maintenance workers, security staff and supervisors.
Those wishing to attend are asked to bring along a resume and be prepared for an interview.
Tilray hopes to begin production by January 1, 2018.
