(blackburnnews.com)There was a power outage in Sarnia Saturday night that affected over 2,500 Bluewater Power customers in an area bounded by Point Edward and the Bluewater Bridges on the north to Confederation St. on the south.
The outage began shortly after 8;30pm and crews restored power around 1am.
Bluewater Power blames the problem on a transformer failure near downtown.
