Sarnia police are investigating what they call a "peculiar" incident that led to a drug seizure.
Officers were in the area of George and Forsyth streets around 1:30am on Saturday, after locating a man for possible breach of conditions related to his release.
As they dealt with the man, Sarnia police say a second man approached them acting confused, wearing a house coat and jogging pants and inquiring about his friend.
Police says as the man in the house coat walked away, he allegedly dropped two large baggies containing drug paraphernalia.
He was arrested and a further search located several grams of methamphetamine.
Sarnia police say the 21-year-old man was charged with possession of a controlled substance and released on a promise to appear.
