(BlackburnNews.com file photo)A 35-year-old Sarnia man is facing charges after several marijuana plants were seized from a parked vehicle in Warwick Township.
Around 1:30pm Thursday, Lambton OPP noticed a man acting suspiciously in a parking lot on St. Clair St.
Police say the investigation revealed $1,100 worth of marijuana plants in a car.
The man is charged with possession of a schedule two substance and failing to comply with a probation order.
He will appear in Sarnia court on September 27.
Alan Smith will begin his new role with the municipality on July 20.
