Lambton OPP were called to a collision on Brigden Rd. near Petrolia Line around 4am.
Police say a vehicle was found on its roof in a ditch with the lone female driver standing beside it.
She was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The teen is also charged with driving unaccompanied by a qualified driver.
Lambton OPP are on the lookout for a break and enter suspect.
