A 72-year-old pedestrian was treated for minor injuries in hospital after being struck by a vehicle earlier this week in Petrolia.
Lambton OPP were called to the intersection of Petrolia Line and Maude St. Tuesday at 4:30pm.
Police say a man was crossing Maude St. in an easterly direction, when he was hit by a 2009 Dodge Journey that was turning left from westbound Petrolia Line.
Lambton OPP say the driver provided immediate medical attention.
A 46-year-old Petrolia woman has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act with failing to yield to a pedestrian.
