Lake Huron beaches tested weekly by Lambton Public Health have been cleared for swimming heading into the weekend.
Beaches tested include Grand Bend, Pinery Provincial Park, Ipperwash Main Beach, Highland Glen, Bright's Grove and Canatara.
No warning signs are posted.
We're reminded that following heavy rainfall, the water at area beaches may be temporarily polluted for up to 48 hours.
Public Health Inspector Theresa Warren says if the water becomes cloudy due to wave action, bacteria from the bottom may become suspended and increase the risk of illness.
