Environment Canada issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Sarnia-Lambton in the early afternoon.
Threatening conditions continued across southern Ontario through the day with tornado warnings being issued in some areas.
There were reports of a possible tornado in Grey County but the weather agency had not confirmed any tornado touchdown as of early Sunday evening.
