This year's Ride Don't Hide for mental health will involve 10,000 bicycle riders across Canada, including 400 from Lambton-Kent.
Canadian Mental Health Association spokesperson Angela Kirkland says the event is for the entire community.
"Something new this year is our 80 km route which is exciting because we are growing and can offer more to our participants," says Kirkland.
Riders can choose from four different routes depending on their cycling experience.
Lambton-Kent's ride will be held at the Mooretown Sports Complex at 1166 Emily St. June 25 from 8am until 2pm.
It's hoped the local event will raise $50,000 with the national goal set at $1.5-million.
All funds raised go directly to local youth mental health programs.
