A Corunna woman is charged with stunt driving after allegedly being clocked at 135 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
Sarnia police say an officer conducting radar on the St.Clair Pkwy. spotted a speeding vehicle around 12:30pm Thursday afternoon.
The vehicle was stopped and the 34-year-old driver was charged under the Highway Traffic Act and her license suspended for seven days.
The vehicle was also towed and impounded for seven days.
The driver is to appear in court at a later date to answer to the charges and may face fines ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 and possible further suspension time.
