Free Online Tutoring Offered

With exams coming up, students needing some extra help with their math homework can take advantage of a new online pilot project.

Those in grades 9 and 10 are being offered free online tutoring Monday to Wednesday of this coming week from 8:30am until 3pm.

Teacher Trevor Martin says the TVO Homework Help is a great resource for students.

"The great thing about Homework Help is that it is Ontario certified teachers," says Martin. "So, students can connect during the school day when they're preparing for exams, but also all of our students in grades 7 to 10 have that option during the week and in the evening to get that additional support."

Online after school tutors are available for students in grades 7 to 10 Sunday to Thursday from 5:30pm until 9:30pm.
