A memorial service will be held in Sarnia Tuesday September 6, for a 27-year-old woman tragically killed this week in a motorcycle crash in Kirkland Lake. OPP say they responded just before 6pm August 30 to a collision involving a motorcycle and two vehicles on Government Rd. W. at Water Lane. The driver of the motorcycle, Amanda Van Kampen, died from injuries sustained in the crash. The drivers of the other vehicles were not injured. The investigation was continuing. A memorial service for Amanda Van Kampen is set for 11am Tuesday at First Christian Reformed Church on Exmouth St. in Sarnia and another will be held at a later date in Kirkland Lake. There will be visitation at Smith Funeral Home on London Line Monday from 6pm to 9pm.
